We developed our tools to use modern technology such as smart phone and tablets in a secure way to allow dealers to register products, lookup and order parts and to submit warranty claims.
Using our Android or Apple mobile applications will give your dealers the ability to use their mobile devices in the field to take pictures for warranty claims documentation or upload invoice data directly to your in house customer service department and directly into Level 10 ERP. Customer service can respond via email directly to the submitted user. Dealers can lookup their customer delivered products by serial number or by order number and view the bill of materials for easy identification of replacement parts. We also provide a desktop application if dealers prefer to work from their office.
