We designed our MRP system to maximize the information available from inventory and the production schedule to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained and just in time inventory procurement can be achieved.
MRP is linked directly to the purchasing system.
Purchase orders are generated directly form our MRP workbench where requirements are listed in priority based on the date you need to initiate an order. Using the setups defined in Inventory and the schedule in the bill of materials you can ensure your materials will be managed properly. Indicators will show overdue purchase orders, orders that can be expedited and items in an overstock condition.
Production Scheduling.
The scheduling module is designed to allow you to view your schedule by department and visually identify the status of production so you can react quickly when the schedule gets behind.
